How do I know which chainring is compatible with my crankset?
Compatibility depends on your crankset's Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) or direct mount standard. We provide a comprehensive compatibility guide on each product page, but you can also use our 'Tooth Counter' tool to ensure a perfect fit for your drivetrain.
What is the shipping time for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days depending on the selected carrier and customs processing.
What is your return policy for installed components?
We accept returns on new, uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Once a component has been installed or ridden, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.
Are Wolf Tooth components covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper installation.
Do you offer a crash replacement program?
We understand that mountain biking can be tough on gear. We offer a crash replacement discount to original owners to help get you back on the trail. Please contact our support team with photos of the damaged part to apply.
Where are Wolf Tooth components manufactured?
The vast majority of our products are designed, engineered, and CNC-machined right in our facility in Burnsville, Minnesota, USA, ensuring the highest quality control and precision.
